Google Ads Manager (Shopify & eCommerce)

Digital Darts, an Australian marketing agency and official Shopify Expert, is looking for a Google Ads Manager. We help Shopify stores worldwide accelerate their growth, mostly through paid advertising. We have been a remote-first company for 5 years (long before COVID) and believe in departing from the "churn-and-burn" agency model to offer freedom and room for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Ad Management: Manage Google Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube Ads to maximize client profit and revenue.
• Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy and extensions to squeeze out the most clicks.
• Feed Optimization: meticulous optimization of product feeds for shopping campaigns.
• Technical Execution: Use Google Ads Editor, run scripts, and test new features to fully utilize the platform.
• Client Communication: Maintain empathetic communication with clients through periodic calls and understandable reporting. You must care for the client's business as if it were your own.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads accounts (ideally in an agency environment).
• Data-Driven: Ability to spot problems using Google’s metrics and make data-backed decisions.
• Shopify Knowledge: A sound understanding of full-channel eCommerce marketing and growth.
• Autonomy: High level of self-management and integrity. You must be self-driven and capable of working alone without a boss pushing you.
• Location: Australian Resident is ideally preferred.
