Job Description

About the Role: At Twilio, we're shaping the future of communications. Join the GTM Strategy & Operations team as a Go-To-Market Analyst Intern for a 12-week summer program starting June 22nd. You will act as the central spoke within the GTM engine, providing strategic guidance to the CRO and sales leadership by transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Own and maintain trackers, dashboards, and weekly status updates across active sales plays.
  • Schedule and facilitate cross-functional syncs across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Operations.
  • Pull and analyze data to evaluate play performance against KPIs and prepare concise visualizations.
  • Draft, organize, and maintain sales play documentation, playbooks, and process documents.
  • Assist in the design and scoping of new sales plays by researching customer segments and competitive positioning.

What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to draw out insights and tell a clear story.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with project management tools (Asana/Jira), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and an interest in B2B SaaS.
