### About the Role
As the Global Growth Lead at Passage, you will be instrumental in spearheading our worldwide expansion initiatives by cultivating and optimizing a robust network of recruitment partners. ### Key Responsibilities
* **Develop and Execute Global Growth Strategies:** Design, implement, and refine comprehensive strategies for expanding Passage's reach and market penetration through strategic recruitment partnerships in key international regions.
* **Partnership Identification and Onboarding:** Proactively identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard high-potential recruitment partners, building a diverse and effective network that aligns with Passage's strategic objectives.
* **Partner Relationship Management:** Foster strong, productive relationships with all global partners, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring mutual success through ongoing communication, support, and performance monitoring.
* **Performance Optimization and Analysis:** Establish clear performance metrics (KPIs) for partners, regularly analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance partner effectiveness and revenue generation.
* **Market Research and Opportunity Identification:** Continuously monitor global market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities within the recruitment industry to inform strategic decisions and identify new avenues for growth.
* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with Passage's internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of partner activities and alignment with overall business goals.
* **Reporting and Forecasting:** Provide regular, detailed reports on partnership performance, growth metrics, and market insights to senior leadership, contributing to strategic planning and forecasting.
### What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in global growth, business development, or partnership management, ideally within the HR tech, recruitment, or SaaS industries.
* **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in a growth, business development, or partnerships role with a strong focus on international markets.
* **Strategic Thinker:** Ability to develop and execute complex global strategies, identifying key market drivers and challenges.
* **Exceptional Communicator & Negotiator:** Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and negotiate favorable terms with diverse partners across different cultures.
* **Analytical Prowess:** Proficient in data analysis, capable of leveraging insights to drive performance, optimize strategies, and make informed decisions.
* **Self-Starter & Autonomous:** A highly organized, proactive individual who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities effectively with minimal supervision.
* **Industry Knowledge:** Familiarity with the global recruitment landscape, talent acquisition technologies, and B2B partnership models is a significant plus.
* **Technical Proficiency:** Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing analytics tools.
