Global Affiliate Manager (KOLs & Crypto)

Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange trusted by 280 million people, is seeking a dedicated Global Affiliate Manager to join their affiliate team. This role primarily involves collaborating with prominent Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), YouTubers, and media partners to ensure the effectiveness of promotional efforts. You will be expected to deliver exceptional value by expanding the network and surpassing competitors in the quest for top affiliates.

Key Responsibilities

• Network Growth: Drive cold outreach to YouTubers, Media, and Influencers; handle negotiations, onboarding, and paperwork.
• Key Account Management: Manage relationships with key affiliates, analyzing their performance and offering recommendations to improve results.
• Campaign Execution: Create and execute promotional campaigns with a laser focus on ROI.
• Data Analysis: Build reports using internal data to optimize overall affiliate channel performance.
• Risk Management: Monitor for fraud detection, revealing new scam schemes or manipulation by partners.
• Collaboration: Liaise with developers and internal departments to equip affiliates with necessary assets and tools.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in managing large affiliate programs, preferably in the fintech or crypto space.
• Influencer Relations: Experience working with media, celebrities, key partners, or KOLs.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the crypto space and business development background is a plus.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using in-house tools and conducting comprehensive data analysis.
