OVERVIEW

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Agent to join our team, supporting Energy Audit Deutschland. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in German who have a passion for customer service and are interested in the energy audit sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist German-speaking customers with inquiries about energy audits, schedules, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support in German via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to energy audit products and services.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between customers and auditors.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and company offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally within the energy or environmental sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools is advantageous.
  • Proficiency with computer applications and digital communication tools.
