Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, automation-minded GenAI Led Video Editor to join our core global Content Production division in a full-time contract capacity within India. In this specialized, project-based creative track, you will independently own the comprehensive video creation lifecycle from end to end—transforming raw conceptual ideas and script fragments into highly polished, modern final edits. Shifting entirely away from legacy, slow-moving rendering routines, you will aggressively experiment with cutting-edge artificial intelligence platforms to execute high-fidelity generation loops at great speed. This role demands a rising video editing professional who showcases exceptional prompting skills across leading multi-modal engines, maintains an uncompromising eye for interface design, and brings a disciplined approach to managing high-throughput content sprints autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Content Curation: Manage the full video production cycle independently, moving from raw assets and prompt scripts to polished, developer-ready learning deliverables.
• Multi-Modal Prompt Engineering: Structure and refine advanced programmatic prompts for hyper-realistic image layout, voice generation, and text-to-video tools using platforms like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and RunwayML.
• Cinematic Post-Production Editing: Edit, slice, and assemble high-impact instructional educational features natively utilizing Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
• Motion Graphics & Typography Design: Design and apply crisp transitions, custom title typography sequences, lower thirds, and responsive kinetic vector assets using After Effects.
• Acoustic Sound Design: Engineer clean audio tracks, integrating complex background sound effects, balancing sound staging nodes, and synthetically generating clear narrative speech layers through ElevenLabs.
• Color Grading & Continuity: Execute advanced lookup tables (LUTs) application, color correction, and baseline illumination tuning to preserve absolute visual consistency across distinct scene cuts.
• Agile Format Prototyping: Experiment with novel micro-learning video layouts and vertical short-form variables, continually testing automated asset iterations based on internal business guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of verified professional history running native video editing, digital content creation, motion graphics composition, or full-scale media optimization.
• Strong, practical history deploying AI-powered video automation workflows, showing an absolute capacity to generate testable digital artifacts independently.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency navigating and manipulating timelines inside core editing suites, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on familiarity with next-generation generative AI tools, highlighting practical experience managing prompt inputs within **ElevenLabs, Midjourney, RunwayML, Flow, or Veo3**.
• Solid underlying understanding of foundational graphic design guidelines, including layout proportions, typography rules, and spatial consistency parameters.
