Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, conversion-minded Funnel Marketing Strategist / Growth Marketing Manager to join our core global Marketing division in a full-time remote capacity across our target international sectors. In this hands-on, build-heavy strategy seat, you will step up to claim individual configuration accountability over the entire customer acquisition journey—engineering every step from initial outbound ad click to landing page entry, lead capture, automated nurture sequences, and completed sales demo bookings. Moving completely past basic cosmetic graphic styling or vanity metrics tracking, you must possess a rigorous engineering mindset focused on unpicking funnel drop-off points. This role demands a seasoned B2B marketer who reviews offer mechanics, writes persuasive headline copy independently, programs automated CRM triggers fluidly under pressure, and configures optimized lead generation ecosystems that scale seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Customer Journey Architecture: Review, optimize, and govern the end-to-end user path, aligning paid advertising hooks with custom post-click experiences to transform cold web traffic into closed-won customers.
- Multi-Channel Lead Generation Campaigning: Design, launch, and optimize high-converting multi-stage conversion pipelines natively utilizing Lead Generation best practices to scale acquisition metrics across diversified local business sectors.
- Automated Nurture Flow Programming: Construct, test, and maintain robust conditional follow-up logic, managing synchronized cross-platform follow-up cadences natively utilizing Email Marketing tools and SMS automation tracks.
- Persuasive Performance Copywriting: Author and iterate high-converting marketing content, crafting compelling headlines, persuasive video sales letter (VSL) scripts, high-impact CTAs, and contextual retention messages.
- Landing Page and Asset Deployment: Build, publish, and test high-fidelity landing views, automated quiz mechanics, custom offer pages, and lead capture systems natively leveraging GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Webflow, or WordPress.
- Quantitative Funnel Drop-off Triage: Audit multi-stage funnel statistics continuously, tracking user completion frequencies across calendar booking links and form inputs to isolate and remove operational friction points.
- Structured Multivariable Testing: Formulate and deploy aggressive A/B testing matrices across landing layouts, button configurations, pricing pitches, and hook frameworks, updating assets based on hard quantitative numbers.
- Cross-Functional CRM Synchronization: Collaborate smoothly with internal content, advertising, and operations units to map customer schemas, manage list segmentation, and deploy optimized sales automation sequences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of verified professional history running advanced funnel marketing, growth marketing management, conversion rate optimization (CRO) consulting, or digital B2B lead generation.
- Demonstrated history building and scaling performance pipelines for enterprise B2B networks, SaaS products, local business agencies, or high-ticket service-based organizations.
- Deep, authoritative technical command of cloud-based marketing stacks, showing production-tested familiarity managing workflows natively within tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or ClickFunnels.
- Hands-on operational experience creating, managing, or refactoring landing page code structures and themes natively leveraging WordPress or Webflow platforms.
- Outstanding problem-solving logic paired with a highly analytical mindset that measures success by verified booked calls and closed revenue rather than superficial asset beauty.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication traits in fluent English, showcasing an absolute capacity to write clear, persuasive marketing copy and present metrics transparently to remote teams.
- Location Context: Parameters open exclusively to qualified growth marketers base-stationed permanently within either Lebanon, Brazil, South Africa, Mexico, the Philippines, or Poland to execute 100% remotely from home under global virtual collaboration arrangements.
Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)
- Prior commercial experience navigating ad platform parameters across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads to ensure tight congruence between creative hooks and landing structures.
