Fullstack Engineer

About the Role: At Nivoda, we're passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation to empower our customers in the online jewelry industry. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, collaborating directly with our business stakeholders and engineers to architect, develop, and launch groundbreaking products. Your expertise will span the full stack — from crafting intuitive, high-performance frontend experiences to designing robust backend systems that power them.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain fullstack features for high-performance, customer-centric experiences across the Nivoda platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Build and iterate on frontend interfaces that are fast, accessible, and delightful to use.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to internal teams and external customers.
• Mentor junior developers and improve the quality of engineering work in the broader team.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in fullstack development, with strong proficiency in Node.js on the backend.
• Solid frontend experience with a modern framework — we use React.
• At least 2 years of experience working with GraphQL.
• Strong foundation in database concepts, with at least 4 years of experience working with relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and committed to writing high-quality, maintainable code.
• B.S or M.S Tech degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
