About the Role: DaCodes is looking for Full Stack Engineers for a full-time contract engagement supporting a US-based client in the e-commerce domain. The primary objective is to accelerate feature delivery and strengthen code quality across mature, customer-facing production systems, increasing engineering throughput while reducing defect rates.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement complete full stack features (backend + frontend).
  • Develop backend APIs primarily using PHP (MVC frameworks like Symfony).
  • Build and enhance Angular (2+) web applications using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Optimize and maintain relational databases (MySQL or similar).
  • Refactor legacy components to improve maintainability and performance.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong PHP experience within an MVC framework (Symfony strongly preferred; Laravel/Zend/CakePHP acceptable).
  • Strong Angular (2+) experience in production environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Note: Must be based in LATAM with a minimum 4-hour overlap with US business hours.

Benefits

  • 100% remote work flexibility from LATAM.
  • Day off on your birthday and access to courses, certifications, and English classes.
  • Major medical insurance and life insurance (applies to candidates in Mexico).
  • Integration to global brands and disruptive startups within a multicultural work team.
