Full Stack Developer (Cloudflare Ecosystem)

I am looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to build a public library website for short movies and music videos. The goal is to create a high-quality, user-friendly platform fully integrated with the Cloudflare Ecosystem. Quality and user experience are the top priorities over speed. Tech Stack & Architecture Frontend (Cloudflare Pages): UI screens for browsing, watching, uploading, and creator profiles. Backend (Cloudflare Workers): API endpoints for login, upload links, metadata submission, and admin approval. Database (Cloudflare D1): Storing user records, video data, tags, and moderation status. Video System (Cloudflare Stream): Handling video storage, encoding, and playback. Security (Cloudflare Turnstile): Server-side validation to block spam accounts and uploads. Scope of Work End-to-End Development: Deliver a fully functional, tested, and working platform. Consultation: Advise on the best architectural solutions within the Cloudflare stack. UI/UX Implementation: Build a clean, responsive interface (Browse, Watch, Upload, Profile). Backend Logic: Secure API implementation for authentication and media management. Requirements Experience: Proven experience with Cloudflare Workers, D1, and Stream is a must. You must be able to provide references or a portfolio of finalized work. No Beginners: Please do not apply if you intend to "learn by doing" or rely solely on AI to generate non-functional code. I need an expert who knows what they are doing. Communication: Excellent command of English is required. Location: Preference for candidates located in the US or Europe (for timezone and communication alignment).
