Full-stack Developer

About the Role: Trinetix is a dynamic tech service provider supporting enterprise clients around the world. We are looking for an experienced Full-stack Developer to join our team on a long-term project for a US-based client operating in the healthcare domain.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#) on the back end and React or Angular on the front end.
• Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs, and develop/support HL7 interfaces for healthcare data exchange.
• Deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions).
• Troubleshoot production issues, support claims processing workflows, and ensure data integrity.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C# and at least one modern front-end framework (React or Angular).
• Solid experience with SQL Server, RESTful API development, and Git.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7 messaging) and claims processing concepts.
• Bonus: Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, FHIR, Agile/Scrum environments, and HIPAA compliance.
