We are looking for a Frontend Engineer who can design and deliver complex solutions while providing technical leadership within their team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in TypeScript and React, with the ability to mentor others and drive technical decisions that impact our customer-facing applications.
Your Role at a Glance
- Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features using TypeScript and React.
- Provide technical leadership in architectural decisions and establish best practices for frontend development.
- Partner with product and design teams to define and implement intuitive interfaces.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Collaborate with backend teams to design and implement robust API integrations.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with deep expertise in frontend development.
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and extensive experience with React and modern frontend architectures.
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals with a focus on performance optimisation.
- Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and managing complex state.
- Solid understanding of Python and Django, with the ability to mentor others.
