Job Description

As a Frontend Engineer at Employment Hero, you will

• Build and scale product experiences used by thousands of businesses globally
• Take ownership of frontend delivery in a fast-moving, high-performance environment
• Work in an AI-first engineering culture, leverage AI and agentic ways of working to move faster and solve problems more effectively
• Contribute to product and technical direction within a collaborative, remote-first team
• Continuously raise the bar on how we build, from code quality to delivery speed and product impact

Requirements

To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way, operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring

• 5+ years in Frontend Engineering with ownership of production systems
• Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and modern build tools
• Experience with CI/CD and web performance optimization
• Solid understanding of testing, engineering fundamentals, and Agile
• Strong English communication for global collaboration
• AI-first and agentic mindset, leveraging AI to improve delivery
• High ownership, fast execution, adaptable in high-change environments
• Open to expanding beyond frontend towards Fullstack
• Proactive, able to challenge and contribute in a high-performance team
