Frontend Developer

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven Flutter Developer to join a growing technology team for one of Weekday's clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-quality mobile experiences and wants to work on impactful products that solve real-world challenges at scale, particularly in rural and agricultural ecosystems.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to convert design concepts into intuitive, production-ready mobile interfaces.
• Integrate REST APIs and manage data handling, state management, caching, and synchronization.
• Manage application releases and implement basic CI/CD workflows for faster, efficient deployments.
• Troubleshoot bugs, optimize performance, and write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

What You Bring

• 0 to 6+ months of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart development.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, mobile app lifecycles, and cross-platform development concepts.
• Familiarity with REST API integration, state management, and asynchronous programming.
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems and strong problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Agricultural exposure, a rural background, or an understanding of grassroots ecosystems.
