Front-end Engineer, React

About the Role: At Bluehost (Newfold Digital), we believe all small businesses deserve the opportunity to succeed online. We're looking for a Front-End Engineer to build the next generation of high-performance web experiences. You will be part of a dedicated innovation team focused on rapid prototyping, POCs, and taking experimental ideas to market by leveraging modern frameworks and AI-accelerated development workflows.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-driven, dynamic user experiences that adapt and personalize at scale.
• Build front-end interfaces that integrate LLM-powered features (chat, content generation, smart recommendations).
• Leverage agentic AI systems to generate, test, and optimize UI code in real time.
• Design front-end systems integrated with AI-powered backends and APIs, owning performance and scalability.
• Move from concept to prototype to production within days in a high-speed, ambiguous environment.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience building modern web applications in high-scale SaaS or platform environments.
• Strong expertise in React, Redux, React Hooks, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, along with Tailwind CSS and testing frameworks (Jest/Cypress).
• Experience working with REST APIs, microservices-based systems, and LLM API integrations.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum environments.
