Everyday Delta is looking for a talented Freelance Writer to create engaging content on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for simplifying complex concepts related to hemp-derived cannabinoids (like Delta 8, Delta 9, and HHC) into concise, captivating, and informative content. This is a perfect opportunity for a wordsmith who understands SEO and has a passion or knowledge of the cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Research and write high-quality content including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Complex Topic Simplification: Possess the ability to simplify complex industry concepts (e.g., cannabinoid science) into easily comprehensible content for diverse audiences.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research to ensure the accuracy, relevancy, and quality of all content regarding Delta 8 and the hemp industry.
  • SEO Strategy: Apply SEO best practices and content marketing strategies to ensure high visibility and reach.
  • Brand Voice: Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a freelance writer or content creator with a strong portfolio.
  • Industry Knowledge: Ability to research and understand complex topics related to Delta 8, Delta 9, HHC, and the broader hemp/cannabis industry quickly.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
  • Writing Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills in English; ability to be concise, captivating, and informative.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting strict deadlines.
