Freelance Software Developer (Kotlin) - AI Quality Assurance

Mindrift is looking for experienced iOS Developers to join as AI Tutors. In this freelance role, you will help train Generative AI models to understand specialized coding questions and achieve complex reasoning. You will collaborate on projects to ensure high-quality code generation and testing for iOS applications. Key Responsibilities AI Training: Create training prompts, refine model responses, and help shape how AI understands iOS development concepts. Code Quality: Design and maintain automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of Swift applications. Collaboration: Identify and resolve functional, performance, and UI issues to improve model accuracy. CI/CD & Standards: Define quality standards across build pipelines and ensure smooth CI/CD integrations. Optimization: Use data-driven insights to guide testing priorities and improvements. Requirements Education: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience: 3+ years of professional iOS/macOS development experience. Language Skills: Mid-level proficiency in Swift 5.9+, including SwiftUI, Combine, async/await, and concurrency models. Testing: Hands-on experience with XCTest, Quick/Nimble, and UI automation. Tools: Proficiency with Xcode, Swift Package Manager, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, and Xcode Cloud. AI Integration: Experience with Core ML, Vision, or Create ML is highly valued.
