About the Role: At Superside, we're building a curated network of freelance Social Media Strategists to support our teams during peak workloads. We're looking for strategists who can define clear, insight-driven social strategies that translate into high-performing content across platforms for global enterprise brands.

What You'll Do

• Develop platform-specific social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Translate brand and business goals into clear social content frameworks, pillars, and roadmaps.
• Partner with creatives to guide concept development and ensure ideas are platform-native.
• Support campaign strategy across paid and organic social touchpoints.
• Analyze performance and refine strategies based on engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
• Use AI tools to enhance research, ideation, and content strategy workflows.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in social media strategy within agencies, brands, or digital environments.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms, formats, and content trends.
• Experience supporting both organic and paid social strategies.
• Ability to turn insights into clear, actionable social strategies and analyze performance data.
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, remote environments.
