Fraud Analyst

About the Role: Prolific is the architect of the human data infrastructure reshaping AI development. We are looking for a high-ownership Fraud Analyst to step into a pivotal role within our world-class Integrity Team. You will act as the "Human-in-the-Loop" bridging the gap between complex fraud models and the real-world experience of our researchers and participants.

What You'll Do

• Review data quality reports, deep-dive into investigations, and validate fraud claims to ensure bad actors are restricted.
• Act as second-line expert support and the main escalation point for the Support team on tricky edge cases and ban appeals.
• Lead "Sonar" reviews to audit our participant network and track bad actor prevalence and fraudulent submission metrics.
• Partner with Data Science to review "high risk" participants and provide vital "golden set" data to improve ML models.
• Write, refine, and document internal policies and standard operating procedures for acceptable use.

• Bonus: Familiarity with AI training data workflows, labeling platforms, or crowdsourcing tools.
