Job Description

About the Role: Freeflow is building AI Agents for P&C Insurance Carriers. We're starting by solving a customer problem that has strong pull from our industry contacts: Claims auditing. Our broader vision is to build an AI-native operating layer for insurance carriers. As a Founding Product Manager at freeflow, you will work directly with founders, customers, and engineers to define what we build, why we build it, and how it creates real economic value.

What You'll Do

  • Define how AI agents understand the world of insurance, integrate with carrier systems, and generate actionable intelligence.
  • Engage claims leaders, audit teams, and executives to translate real-world pain into shipped product quickly.
  • Leverage AI to interview users, SMEs, and document/transmit learnings across the org.
  • Model requirements, prioritize efforts in alignment with business strategy, and manage backlogs.
  • Collaborate closely with product design and engineering to break down product requirements into actionable specs.
  • Collaborate on product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market decisions.
  • Understand enterprise security and compliance requirements (SOC2, RBAC, SSO, data partitioning).

What We're Looking For

  • Experience solving open-ended problems in startups at the earliest stage (0 to 1).
  • Ability to independently identify critical problems, propose, and implement solutions.
  • Ability to structure and execute your own work with little to no supervision.
  • Passionate about solving customer needs and moving fast as the primary AI/agent specialist on a small engineering team.
  • Bonus: Deep experience in P&C insurance claims or claims auditing, and comfort working with large unstructured data files.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation, stock options, and health insurance.
  • Flexible PTO.
  • AI tooling + add-ons of your choice to maximize your productivity.

Safety First

  • Never pay for a job application.
  • Do not share sensitive bank info.
  • Verify the client before starting work.
