Founding Performance Marketing Manager – Digital Acquisition, SEO & Paid Social

Authentic Ego is a fast-growing, science-first DTC skincare brand redefining acne care. We are preparing for Series A fundraising and looking for a Founding Performance Marketing Manager. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role where you will work directly with the Founders to launch paid ads, optimize digital acquisition, and build our SEO strategy from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Paid Social (Meta): Launch and scale campaigns; manage custom audiences, lookalikes, and collaborate on creative testing.
• Paid Search (Google): Own campaign buildout, keyword targeting, and bidding strategies to optimize ROAS and CPA.
• SEO Strategy: Perform on-page audits, keyword research, and optimize for search/AI; track rankings via Search Console.
• Analytics & CRO: Manage GA4, GTM, and Pixel tracking. Build dashboards (Looker) and run landing page tests to boost funnel conversion.
• Reporting: Track CAC, LTV, and conversion rates to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
• Tech Stack: Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Shopify.
• SEO Tools: Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMRush, or Screaming Frog.
• Data Skills: Highly analytical (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, Performance modeling).
• Passion: Deep knowledge and love for skincare, cosmetics, and women’s health.
• Availability: Must be available for occasional meetings/chats during EST hours (up to 9:30 PM EST).
