fonio: Senior Software Engineer

Fonio is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing team and revolutionize how SMEs communicate. This role offers End-to-End Ownership, from ideation and prototyping to deploying features used by thousands of companies across Europe. The core responsibilities include the further development of their platform using NestJS and React, direct customer interaction for support, feedback, and user testing, and eventually taking on feature and opportunity prioritization for their Voice AI. The ideal candidate will possess an extreme Growth Mindset and significant experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js (ideally NestJS) within a SaaS product environment. Pragmatism is key, focusing on delivering essential features that provide immediate customer value and iterating based on new insights. Experience in direct customer engagement, including support and user research, is also required. Fluency in German at a native level is essential for actively contributing to the development of their AI.
