Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the Role: Who Gives A Crap is a leading eco-friendly household essentials business that donates 50% of its profits to help everyone gain access to clean water and toilets. We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC). You will be the navigator for our financial future, turning complex data into a strategic map, with a primary focus on our global Supply Chain efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Steer the Ship: Lead mid-year re-forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure the business stays on track.
• Supply Chain Deep-Dives: Quantify supply chain initiatives to ensure energy is focused on high-value areas.
• Monthly Storytelling: Craft month-end management reporting packs that explain the "why" behind financial performance.
• Risk Scouting: Proactively identify budget variances and work with team leads on mitigation plans.
• Finance for Non-Finance: Partner with stakeholders across the business to elevate collective financial literacy.
• Systems Tinkering: Leverage NetSuite and other operating systems to improve the source of truth.

What You Bring

• Solid experience in FP&A, specifically in forecasting and budgeting.
• Supply Chain Savvy: A deep understanding of the financial flow of goods from A to B.
• Stakeholder Diplomacy: Proven ability to partner with leaders to drive commercial outcomes.
• Tech Edge: High proficiency with ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is a massive bonus.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to see how ripples in one area affect the entire P&L.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, purpose-led scale-up environment.
