Financial Analyst (Financial Modeling)

About the Role: Bullpen Talent is partnering with a U.S.-based software company to hire a Financial Analyst with strong financial modeling experience. In this hands-on modeling role, you will build and analyze financial models that reflect how financial statements are constructed under U.S. GAAP, directly contributing to training advanced AI systems for financial workflows.

What You'll Do

• Build and analyze 3-statement financial models from scratch.
• Model revenue recognition, accruals, and timing differences under U.S. GAAP.
• Develop models that link the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Analyze deferred revenue, prepaid expenses, and working capital impacts.
• Clearly explain accounting logic, assumptions, and financial statement relationships.

What You Bring

• 2–8 years of experience in Technical Accounting (Big 4 or similar), Corporate Accounting, or Financial Reporting.
• Proven ability to build 3-statement financial models from scratch.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, revenue recognition, and accrual accounting.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
