We are looking for a Finance Director, Worldwide Channel (Partner & Alliances) to join our GTM Finance department. This is a remote US based role, reporting to the VP of GTM Finance. As the strategic finance partner to our Worldwide Channel organization, you will be the financial architect behind our channel business, shaping investment decisions, driving planning cycles, and building scalable measurement systems that fuel our high-growth trajectory.
What you'll do
- Act as trusted CFO partner to the SVP of Worldwide Partner & Alliances and their leadership team, providing financial counsel on strategic decisions including partner program design and investment prioritization
- Lead annual operating plan, quarterly business reviews, and monthly close/forecast processes for the WW Channel organization while translating financial performance into strategic insights
- Develop and maintain partner investment frameworks and scenario modeling to evaluate trade-offs including partner rebates, sales incentives, and marketing development funds
- Partner with Technical Accounting, RevOps, Legal, and IT to operationalize non-standard partner investment agreements and automate scalable measurement processes
- Lead and develop offshore analysts by establishing clear ownership, role expectations, and career progression aligned with finance leveling standards
Who You Are
- You thrive in ambiguity. You're comfortable building the path as you walk it. You thrive in a dynamic environment, seeing ambiguity not as a hindrance, but as the raw material to build something meaningful.
- You act like an owner. Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You operate with integrity because you genuinely care about the outcome. True ownership involves leveraging dynamic range: the ability to navigate seamlessly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- You are a problem-solver. You love running towards the challenges because you are laser-focused on finding the solution, knowing that solving the hard problems delivers the biggest impact.
- You are a high-trust collaborator. You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You embrace our challenge culture by giving and receiving ongoing feedback—knowing that candor delivered with clarity and respect is the truest form of teamwork and the fastest way to earn trust.
- You are a learner. You have a true growth mindset and are obsessed with your own development, actively seeking feedback to become a better partner and a stronger teammate. You love what you do and you do it with purpose.
Minimum Qualifications

- Proven track record of driving annual planning and monthly forecasting processes in large enterprises while managing competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence SVP and C-level decision makers through data-driven insights
- Process architect mindset with a demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable workflows in support of growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience navigating matrixed organizations and influencing decisions without relying on formal authority
- Proven record of establishing rapport with all levels within a customer or partner organization including C-suites
- Expertise in building succession depth and coaching finance team members on Channel-related domain knowledge
