Field Sales Specialist

About the Role: At Zameen.com, we are looking for a passionate and driven Field Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is all about building strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. You’ll be the face of the company for your region in Faisalabad.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in your territory and approach new customers to grow the client base.
• Reach out to potential clients through cold calls and networking.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, ensuring availability of all product offerings.
• Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and ensure long-term client satisfaction.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience (real estate or related sector preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Energetic, proactive, and passionate mindset based in Faisalabad.
