Job Description

About the Role: Mural is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to shape how we show up in key international markets by localizing our marketing, events, and demand generation efforts across EMEA and APAC. You will adapt our global strategy so it resonates culturally and commercially in each region, partnering closely with Revenue, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, and Sales.

What You'll Do

  • Develop, collaborate, and localize go-to-market strategies for EMEA and APAC markets.
  • Develop tailored sales enablement materials, presentations, battlecards, and product content optimized for local buyers.
  • Cultivate relationships with strategic partners, agencies, and industry influencers within the SaaS ecosystem.
  • Support virtual and in-person events (trade shows, customer meetups, webinars) and manage event messaging, logistics, and post-event lead follow-up.
  • Influence segmented integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads and accelerate sales cycles.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in field marketing, product marketing, or regional marketing within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing GTM campaigns and events for complex SaaS offerings in EMEA and APAC.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS selling motions, lead generation, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Analytical skills with experience using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Bonus: Additional language proficiency relevant to EMEA.
