About Liferaft
Liferaft builds software that helps organizations find, understand, and act on potential risks from publicly available information. Our clients include corporate security teams around the world, including some of the world’s leading organizations. We’re a remote-first company committed to building a high-performing, values-driven team that operates with clarity, discipline, accountability, and care.
Liferaft was recently acquired by global security company Securitas, expanding our ability to deliver intelligence-led security at scale. Together, our technology and security solutions help these organizations protect their people, assets, and operations, making a meaningful impact in the world we live in.
What you do as the Executive Operations Associate at Liferaft
This is a unique early-career role working directly with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of a remote-first, growth-stage SaaS company operating within a global organization. While our headquarters are in Halifax, NS, preference will be given to candidates based in Toronto, ON. The role includes some travel, such as quarterly SLT meetings, company events, and conferences, with the potential for part-time in-office work in the future.
You’ll gain exposure to how a leadership team and business operates, across strategy, execution, communication, and decision-making, while playing a critical role in keeping that team aligned, organized, and effective.
In addition to supporting the CEO, this role helps reduce day-to-day coordination and operational burden across the broader leadership team, ensuring leaders can stay focused on priorities while key logistics, communication, and follow-through are handled effectively.
While this role is administrative in nature and includes core executive assistance responsibilities, it is designed for someone with interests and ambitions in growing operational responsibilities over time.
If you’re hard working, highly organized, intellectually curious, and eager to learn how a growth-stage company is run from the inside, this role offers an exceptional opportunity.
