Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Event Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate events and initiatives, ensuring every experience is seamless and impactful.

• Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and event logistics.
• Monitor and evaluate event success, providing actionable insights.
• Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management or related field.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel for business events as required.
• Fluency in English
