Enterprise Solutions Engineer (Python & AI)

ElevenLabs is defining the frontier of Audio AI, having reached $200M ARR in under three years. We are looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to unlock the full potential of our voice AI platform for a growing customer base. Your mission is to scale technical solutions, craft compelling demos, and architect integrations for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Sales Support: Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Solution Architecture: Work directly with customers to architect integrations between ElevenLabs and their existing systems.
• Demos & Enablement: Craft compelling technical demonstrations and create enablement resources to amplify the sales team's fluency.
• Tool Building: Build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Product Feedback: Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and work with product teams to make them real.

Requirements

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of software development, architecture, and common integration patterns.
• Customer Focus: Passion for working directly with customers. Note: It is okay if you only worked with customers in student clubs or side projects, as long as you have the aptitude.
• Problem Solving: A talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to adapt messaging for different audiences (technical vs. non-technical).
