As our Enterprise AI Enablement Lead, you'll own how Mark43 adopts and gets value from AI internally. This isn't a compliance role or a research role. It's a builder and operator role: you'll identify where AI can meaningfully change how our teams work, prototype and deploy solutions, and drive adoption across the organization. You'll start as a team of one, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance and People Ops.

What You'll Own

• Internal AI Strategy: Define how Mark43 uses AI internally — what tools, what workflows, what's worth building versus buying. Maintain a prioritized roadmap.
• Building & Prototyping: Design and deploy agentic workflows and automation that meaningfully reduce manual work. Build executive-facing dashboards.
• Enablement & Adoption: Drive AI literacy and adoption across teams — training, documentation, hands-on support.
• Governance & Responsible Use: Work closely with the CISO and legal to ensure tools and workflows meet our security and compliance standards.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience, with meaningful time spent at the intersection of AI, data, and business operations.
• Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools — LLMs, agentic frameworks, workflow automation is a must.
• Enough technical depth to prototype independently, with the strategic instinct to prioritize the right problems.
• Strong cross-functional communicator — you can work with engineers and explain the "so what" to an executive in the same day.
• Comfort operating as a team of one with high autonomy and low structure.
