About the Role: At Optro, we empower businesses with award-winning technology that transforms risk into strategic advantage. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive meaningful business outcomes with our innovative solutions across the DACH region.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the DACH region, driving new logo acquisition and existing customer expansion.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders by understanding their challenges and mapping them to Optro's platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate across Pre-Sales, Business Value Consulting, and Marketing to drive pipeline and deal progression.
  • Partner with strategic alliances to deliver integrated, customer-centric outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally in SaaS or GRC software solutions.
  • Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Native-level German fluency and excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Comfortable leveraging structured sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale).
