Email Marketing Specialist

About the Role: Odd Bunch is on a mission to make fresh produce more affordable and accessible across Canada through a sustainable subscription-based service. We're seeking a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to bolster and scale our lifecycle email efforts. You'll work directly with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build, QA, send, and optimize emails across Klaviyo.

What You'll Do

• Build and launch campaigns in Klaviyo using our templates and brand guidelines.
• QA everything before sending, including links, formatting, dynamic content, and mobile optimization.
• Maintain existing segments and flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandoned checkout) to ensure the right audience gets the right message.
• Ideate on copy based on established strategies before handing off to the design team.
• Support A/B testing across subject lines, creative, messaging, and timing, monitoring performance daily.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or marketing operations.
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience (campaigns, segments, and flows are required).
• Strong attention to detail, especially in QA and segmentation/filters.
• Comfortable writing and editing copy (AI tools welcome).
• Organized, fast, reliable, and calm under deadlines.
