What You'll Do
- Build, execute, and optimize email campaigns across 20+ client accounts
- Develop and document repeatable workflows and processes
- Manage segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Maintain deliverability health and list hygiene
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team & commercial team to align messaging
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on email marketing experience
- Proficiency with ESP platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp)
- Proven track record building campaigns and automation flows
- Experience in an agency setting managing multiple clients
- English fluency at C2 level required — written and spoken
- Healthcare/Aesthetics/Beauty industry experience preferred
