Job Description

Pearl Talent connects the top 1% of global talent with high-growth US and EU startups backed by VC giants like OpenAI, a16z, and Founders Fund. We are seeking an eCommerce Manager to oversee and optimize online marketplace operations (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart). You will own end-to-end operations, from maintaining account health to optimizing listings and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Health Management (35%): Manage seller/vendor accounts on Amazon/Shopify, monitoring health metrics, resolving policy violations, and handling suspensions or suppressed listings.
  • Client Management (25%): Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing performance insights and strategic guidance.
  • Listing Optimization (20%): Implement SEO best practices, keyword research, and optimize titles, images, and A+ content to boost visibility and conversion.
  • Analytics (10%): Track KPIs (revenue, buy box %, sessions) and generate dashboards to identify trends and risks.
  • Operations (10%): Coordinate inventory, logistics, and customer service issues while identifying new sales channels for expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace management.
  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central is strongly preferred. Experience with Shopify or Walmart is a bonus.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required for client interaction.
  • Schedule: Must be willing to work in the US Time Zone.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of account health, listings compliance, and conversion drivers.

Tools Proficiency

  • Must-Haves: Amazon Seller Central, Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, Zoom, Asana/Trello.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Amazon Advertising Console.
