Ecommerce Account Manager

About the Role: Uncommon Agency is looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to support and grow client relationships while helping optimize the online shopping experience. This role is a great fit for someone eager to develop skills across account management, ecommerce strategy, and data-driven problem solving.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, supporting ecommerce initiatives and building trust over time.
• Assist in the implementation of ecommerce optimization campaigns, coordinating with internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement site changes and assist with QA after deployments.
• Learn and contribute to AGILE workflows, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Research and recommend ecommerce apps based on client needs, assisting with implementation and optimization.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, account management, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms (WooCommerce or Magento a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an organized and detail-oriented approach.
• Bonus: Experience with digital merchandising, digital marketing (SEO, email, paid), and AGILE/project management tools (Jira, Asana).
