E-Commerce Shopify Expert (D2C & B2B)

Creative Chaos is looking for a Shopify Expert to play a critical role in developing and managing their D2C and B2B e-commerce platforms. This position requires a highly skilled professional who understands not just the technical side of Shopify, but also digital marketing and e-commerce infrastructure. You will be optimizing shopping experiences in a regulated industry, ensuring seamless functionality and rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Shopify Management: Oversee theme updates, product launches, page build-outs, and site customizations to keep the storefront fresh and functional.
• B2B Development: Build and optimize B2B e-commerce experiences specifically designed to support business clients.
• Backend Optimization: Develop and manage Shopify Flows, automations, and apps to enhance platform efficiency.
• Marketing Integration: Manage online marketing initiatives, including SEO, reviews, referrals, and affiliate programs.
• Custom Solutions: Oversee private app development and platform integrations as needed.
• Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track performance and drive data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• Platform Expertise: Extensive Shopify expertise, including end-to-end store builds and platform management.
• Marketing Tech: Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing and automation is required.
• Data Skills: Strong understanding of analytics software and Excel/Data Analysis for reporting.
• App Ecosystem: Experience working with Shopify apps to enhance site functionality.

• Background in Web Development or Data Science.
