Job Description

This company is looking for a Creative, Detail-Oriented Designer to lead the visual execution of online brands on Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Shopify. This role is centered on Conversion-Focused Design. You aren't just making things look "pretty"; you are creating high-impact visuals (infographics, comparison charts) that drive clicks and sales. You will act as the visual storyteller for products, ensuring they stand out in a crowded marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listing Images: Design high-converting product listing images, including infographics, feature callouts, and comparison charts (The "Main Image" is king here).
  • A+ Content: Create and update Amazon A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) and Brand Store assets.
  • Ad Creatives: Produce static and motion creatives for paid ads on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • 3D Mockups: Develop simple 3D mockups and product renderings using Adobe Dimension (Critical for packaging).
  • Optimization: Work with the marketing team to analyze CTR (Click-Through Rate) and improve designs through A/B testing.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience designing for E-commerce and online marketplaces (Amazon experience is the primary filter).
  • Tool Stack: Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Dimension.
  • Design Philosophy: Strong understanding of Conversion-Driven Design principles (Big fonts, clear benefits, high contrast).
  • Multimedia: Ability to create short product videos and GIFs.
