Job Description

About the Role: e.l.f. Beauty stands with every eye, lip, face, and paw. The Director, Sales, Specialty Retail, Naturium, will oversee the Naturium brand, working across categories to drive, shape, and lead the commercial strategy in partnership with the VP of Sales and Specialty retailer teams.

What You'll Do

  • Take full fiscal responsibility for the Naturium brand at Specialty stores, including P&L and budgetary ownership.
  • Deliver retail sales, revenue, and profit to agreed targets while partnering with buying and planning teams on joint business plans.
  • Lead and manage the account team, acting as the primary contact for Senior retailer merchant teams.
  • Act as the guardian of the Naturium brand, driving omni-trade marketing plans in partnership with the brand marketing team.
  • Lead key business meetings, report on sales data, and develop comprehensive 360 launch plans for new product launches.

What You Bring

  • 15-20+ years of Beauty industry experience within a Sales or Commercial role.
  • Direct Specialty store retail experience and a history of building relationships with key retail stakeholders.
  • P&L management and budgetary ownership experience is a must.
  • Outstanding negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Base salary range: $155,000 - $185,000 USD per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus (up to 200% of target).
