We’re hiring a dynamic Director of Sales, APAC to build and execute a winning commercial strategy. In this role, you’ll drive significant revenue growth, deepen client partnerships, and lead a high-performing team to exceed ambitious targets. You’ll bring sharp commercial insight, a strong understanding of the APAC B2B media and demand generation landscape, and a proven record of delivering standout results.

What you'll do
- Inspire, coach, and elevate the APAC sales team—setting a clear vision, building capability, and driving the performance needed to hit ambitious revenue targets.
- Design and execute bold regional sales strategies that expand our market presence, accelerate growth, and position us as the go-to partner for B2B marketing solutions.
- Own the customer relationship lifecycle, cultivating trusted partnerships, uncovering business needs, and delivering compelling solutions that win large-scale opportunities and grow existing accounts.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience and unlock new avenues for value and innovation.
- Build rigorous sales plans aligned to company goals, translating strategy into actionable steps that support long-term growth.
- Deliver standout presentations and proposals that showcase our value, spark engagement, and influence decision-makers across the region.
- Grow and develop a high-performing team, from recruiting top talent to coaching, mentoring, and preparing future leaders through thoughtful succession planning.
- Champion a supportive, inclusive, and high-energy sales culture that embraces creativity, continuous improvement, and the pursuit of excellence every single day.
- Ensure strong operational discipline, reinforcing best-practice processes, systems, and tools that sharpen execution and improve collaboration with supporting teams.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively, tracking KPIs, analysing market trends, and using data-driven insights to refine strategy and optimise results.
- Advise senior leadership with clear, forward-looking recommendations rooted in market knowledge, competitive intelligence, and team performance.
- Oversee team structure and territory planning, ensuring smart coverage, balanced workloads, and consistent accountability across the organisation.
