The Role

We are hiring a Director of Marketing for the EMEA Region to own and build our field and account-based marketing (ABM) motion. This is a foundational role where you will create the playbook and execute exceptional events and ABM initiatives that drive the pipeline. You will work closely with Sales to run high-quality, high-impact programs across core EMEA markets.

What You'll Do

• Own field marketing in EMEA, focusing on boutique, high-touch ABM events and industry sponsorships.
• Partner tightly with Sales to identify target enterprise accounts and core markets.
• Ensure events are strategically planned and executed to convert into measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Manage end-to-end execution: strategy, logistics, vendor management, follow-up, and ROI reporting.
• Continuously improve targeting and program efficiency to maximize marketing ROI.
• Lay the groundwork to scale the function and build a team over time.

Who You Are

• 5–8+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or demand generation within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Strong experience with ABM-style events and large-scale industry events in the EMEA region.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline through strategic field programs.
• A "build-from-scratch" mindset—comfortable operating without a pre-existing playbook.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to build trust with Sales teams.
• Willing and able to travel across EMEA as needed for events and partnerships.
