Digital Operations Analyst

About the Role: e.l.f. Beauty is looking for a Digital Operations Analyst to take on a technical-functional role responsible for the day-to-day support, stability, and effective use of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and adjacent Regulatory and R&D business systems. You will serve as a first line of support and a bridge between business users and technical system owners.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily operational and functional support for PLM and related Regulatory and R&D tools.
• Act as a primary point of contact for system questions, issues, and troubleshooting related to workflows and configurations.
• Support system releases, testing, and validation from a business-process perspective.
• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical teams, translating business process needs into functional system requirements.
• Document system workflows, compile Dossier & PIF for Regulatory Teams, and assist with ad-hoc reporting.

What You Bring

• Experience in a technical-functional or systems support role for PLM or similar enterprise business systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes across the product lifecycle, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or regulated consumer products.
• Familiarity with Regulatory, R&D, or compliance-driven workflows.
• Clear, confident communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support collaboration with U.S.-based teams.
