Digital Marketing QA Specialist

About the Role: Doneverse is a rapidly growing provider of Digital Marketing Virtual Assistants. As our Digital Marketing QA Specialist, you will be the final gatekeeper before any design, graphic, video, or content asset goes live. Your job is to ensure every deliverable is 100% accurate, on-brand, platform-compliant, and production-ready.

What You'll Do

• Validate brand colors, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and logo usage against brand guidelines.
• Review copy for brand voice consistency, grammar, punctuation, clarity, and engagement.
• Review videos for audio clarity, correct formatting/sizing, visual consistency, and clean edits.
• Verify all assets meet platform specifications and document constraints clearly.
• Partner with the build team early to validate design feasibility within platform limitations.

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design QA, or a closely related role.
• Strong working knowledge of branding principles and experience reviewing social media assets.
• Familiarity with platform specs for Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable using design tools at a reviewing level (Canva, Adobe, Figma).
