Digital Marketing Manager (Growth & Performance)

About the Role: Canibuild is a proptech company transforming how people plan and start construction projects. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (Growth & Performance) to own end-to-end paid/digital media and SEO. As a relentless individual contributor, you will drive global pipeline growth, focusing on generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and leading the adoption of AI-powered workflows.

What You'll Do

• SEO & Organic Growth: Own technical SEO, on-page optimization, and keyword strategy across all markets to drive bottom-of-funnel intent.
• Paid & Digital Media: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google (Search/Display/YouTube), and LinkedIn, managing budgets with a focus on ROAS.
• Analytics & Data: Own performance dashboards in HubSpot, GA4, and BI tools, tracking CTR, CPL, LTV, ROAS, and SQL volume weekly.
• AI Innovation: Lead prompt-engineered creative workflows, AI-assisted audience targeting, and automated reporting.
• CRM Strategy: Architect and administer HubSpot, designing email nurture tracks that convert MQLs to SQLs.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, paid media, CRM).
• Deep experience with HubSpot (workflows, lead scoring, reporting) and GA4 (attribution, funnel analysis).
• Proven track record managing paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL-based reporting comfort.
• Exceptional English communication skills and a demonstrated ownership mentality.
• Preferred: Background in B2B SaaS or proptech, and familiarity with AI ad tools (Performance Max, Advantage+).
