Job Description

Hambi Media Ltd is one of the UK’s fastest-growing performance creative agencies, managing over £100M in ad spend for major D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) eCommerce brands. They are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer who lives and breathes Meta & TikTok ads. This is a performance-first role; you will not be making pretty brand posts. You will be creating, iterating, and scaling high-converting paid social creatives (Statics, Motion, and UGC edits) designed specifically to generate sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ad Creation: Design Meta & TikTok paid social ads, including statics, carousels, and short-form video ads.
  • Mastering the Hook: Create scroll-stopping hooks and optimize the crucial first-3-second frames of video ads.
  • UGC Editing: Edit and adapt User-Generated Content (UGC) into native, high-performing ads using creator footage, subtitles, overlays, and CTAs.
  • Rapid Iteration: Develop multiple creative iterations per concept (different hooks, formats, angles, messaging) to support high-volume A/B testing.
  • Data-Driven Design: Apply performance insights (CTR, CPA, conversions) to improve creative output, combat ad fatigue, and collaborate with media buyers.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience designing paid social or performance-focused ad creatives, specifically for D2C brands.
  • Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience understanding user behavior and ad formats on Meta and TikTok.
  • UGC Expertise: Experience working with UGC-style content (pacing, subtitles, overlays, CTAs).
  • Tool Stack: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.
  • Portfolio: A valid portfolio heavily showcasing paid social ad work and high-converting creative structures.
  • Language: Fluent English (written and spoken).
