Role Summary
We are seeking a sharp, commercially-minded Digital Experience Manager to own the operational quality, frontend performance, and day-to-day conversion optimization of The Realest website. This is a newly created position designed to treat the site as a direct revenue-driving engine. You will take dedicated ownership of web merchandising, launch cross-functional conversion campaigns, run QA automation checks, and act as a force multiplier across marketing and technology squads.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Merchandising Optimization: Own the macro on-site merchandising roadmap—determining optimal layout placements, managing feature carousels, and spotlighting inventory modules to capture real-time customer behavior.
- Secondary Market Strategy: Develop and execute an innovative secondary market spotlight strategy, surfacing complementary secondary inventory alongside active primary auctions to drive continuous user discovery and cross-selling.
- Site Integrity & QA: Extensively test web configurations across desktop, mobile, and responsive layouts to secure absolute cross-browser formatting consistency, while logging highly detailed bug reports for engineering sprints.
- Campaign & Paid Media Support: Partner directly alongside Marketing to deploy highly optimized landing pages and promotional banners, improving paid media efficiency by ensuring seamless traffic-to-conversion flow.
- CMS Operations & Workflows: Manage daily CMS execution blocks (item pages, smart collections, product copywriting details, asset loads) and construct scalable publishing workflows so non-technical teams can move independently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–7 years of professional experience in Web Operations, Digital Production, CMS Management, or a closely related role.
- Meaningful exposure navigating E-commerce platforms, multi-vendor marketplaces, or live auction environments.
- Strong commercial mindset—proven ability to connect visual merchandising choices directly to user conversion data and revenue patterns.
- Demonstrated experience testing web assets across diverse mobile devices, responsive viewports, and modern browsers.
- Foundational understanding of how websites function under the hood including basic familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Excellent organizational mechanics to build framework structures, prioritize competing marketing launches, and communicate effectively across developer and creative squads.
Preferred Assets (Bonus)
- Direct experience collaborating alongside growth teams on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and paid search landing pages.
- Comfortable using web analytics suites to dissect behavioral funnels and extract actionable insights.
- Familiarity tracking tasks within agile project management platforms like Asana.
- Active usage of modern generative AI tools to streamline day-to-day execution speeds.
- A genuine fan of sports, music, or contemporary entertainment culture.
