DevSecOps Engineer / Full Stack Developer

About the Role: Dev Technology Group is seeking a DevOps-focused Engineer to support our federal government client’s mission-critical digital assets. This is a true DevSecOps position, with approximately 60–75% focused on cloud infrastructure operations support and 25–40% dedicated to development using Java and Angular.

What You'll Do

• Provide software development, continuous integration, systems administration, and software quality support.
• Collaborate with development teams to analyze web content needs and propose architectural solutions.
• Manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS EKS, EC2, RDS, Lambda) and provision resources using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and automation scripts using Ansible/Bash.
• Develop and maintain production applications using Java and Angular while ensuring high engineering standards.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional software development/DevOps experience in containerized cloud environments (AWS, EKS, Docker).
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and Linux configuration.
• Professional experience as a software developer building production applications in Java and Angular.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to interpret requirements, and effective communication with clients.
• Requirement: U.S. Citizenship is required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a government public trust clearance.
