Deployed Engineer

About the Role: At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We are seeking a Deployed Engineer to work closely with companies on the frontier of LLM-applications, bringing ideas to production-ready apps. You will collaborate on a wide variety of LLM-apps from concierge search, codegen, and agentic co-pilots.

What You'll Do

• Give technical demos of the entire suite of LangChain's products and lead trainings and workshops for developer audiences.
• Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to win deals and with engineering to translate customer insights into product improvements.
• Lead internally and externally facing special projects to dogfood new products.
• Travel up to 40% to customer sites to support deployment, onboarding, and ongoing technical engagement.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar technical role (e.g., software engineering, customer engineering, or solution architecture).
• An engineering background with a passion for working with customers and serving as a trusted partner.
• Familiarity with LangChain or building with LLMs is a strong bonus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured startup environment with an ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with the comfort to present best practices to larger teams.
