Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-obsessed Demand Generation & Events Marketing Coordinator to drive Applause’s inbound pipeline and live brand presence. This dual-focus role requires managing paid digital ad programs across major platforms while taking full ownership of logistics and execution for smaller events. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to ensure efficient ad spend, a steady flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and flawless execution of our 50+ event calendar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media Management: Own the day-to-day operations of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, handling targeting, budget pacing, and creative rotation.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor performance weekly to improve Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.
  • Funnel Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports on impressions, clicks, MQL volume, and lead-to-SQL conversion rates.
  • Event Logistics Execution: Lead the end-to-end planning of smaller tradeshows and support the Events Marketing Manager on tier-1 and tier-2 events, managing pre-event promotional campaigns and post-event recaps.
  • CRM Attribution & Follow-up: Partner with Sales to define post-event lead follow-up workflows, ensuring accurate CRM attribution within HubSpot.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of marketing experience within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Hands-on expertise managing paid media campaigns on at least two of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong familiarity with HubSpot CRM and project management platforms like Asana.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to thrive in a cross-functional remote setup.
  • Location Context: Remote flexibility available for candidates residing in the Philippines, Pakistan, or Mexico.
  • Technical & Schedule Requirements: Must possess a stable 50+ Mbps internet connection and be available to work an 8-hour shift between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm MST.
