Data Verification Analyst

Foundation AI is the only AI-native documents intake automation platform serving the claims and litigation industries. Founded by lawyers and data scientists, we process millions of documents monthly for large US law firms. We are looking for a Data Verification Analyst to play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient data tagging, validation, and document review using our AI application.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Validation: Utilize the AI application to tag and validate data based on informally chosen or personally assigned keywords.
• Document Review: Perform document review with an eye for detail, identifying relevant information from emails and documents and extracting it.
• Data Entry: Transfer information from scanned files (images, PDFs, Microsoft files) into a standardized format and conduct high-volume data entry.
• Quality Control: Compare data to source documents to ensure integrity, reviewing for errors, missing pages, or discrepancies.
• Targets: Adhere to and comply with daily and monthly targets for productivity and quality.
• Confidentiality: Safeguard confidential customer information and adhere to data privacy protocols.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Education: Associate degree preferred; LLB (Law Graduates) or graduates with 12+3 years of education are welcome.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using software tools (Word, Excel, Database) and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, specifically AI platforms.
• Accuracy: High level of accuracy and ability to verify data against source documents.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members.
